Leaving tomorrow. Can’t quite grasp that. My to-do list before I can leave is a mile long and growing by the moment. I’m so busy trying to keep up with it that I keep forgetting that vacations are supposed to be fun.
As usual, I left the packing till nearly the last minute. I was actually good this time; I started yesterday. Now I just need to throw the last few things in my backpack, and somehow manage to escape the office tomorrow in time to catch my flight. The first part is easy; the second part might be impossible. Aaah, the stress!
Oh well, in 24 hours I’ll be on a plane on the way to Santiago, where hopefully, I’ll be able to relax and unwind with friends over a Chilean pisco. Here we go again…
