So I’ve pretty much decided that the entire purpose that koalas have in existing is to be very very cute.
Today, I went with Maddy and Corissa to the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary. There were loads of koalas, of course, as well as kangaroos and wallabies, emus, lizards and reptiles, brightly-coloured birds, wombats, dingos, and all sorts of other fun animals. We got to hold baby koalas and take photos with them, which was really a lot of fun. They’re so cute and playful!
Anyway, this was just a short update cause of the koalas. I’m off to Noosa tomorrow, so stay tuned for more from the Sunshine Coast.
Holding Koalas
That’s so funny! You and Maddy have the SAME facial expression in the pictures that show you holding the koalas! Must be the koala effect. Are babies really that large? I always pictured adult koalas to be that size. To how much bigger do they grow?
